PPP Management Platform
Project Overview
The PPP Management Platform is designed to help IFC manage and monitor Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, ensuring they align with development goals. This platform facilitates the structuring, management, and performance monitoring of PPP agreements while providing collaboration tools for all stakeholders involved.

UX/UI Design
I designed the user interface for the platform, focusing on intuitive navigation, user-friendly tools, and a responsive design that adapts to various devices.

Our research involved understanding the unique needs of PPP projects, the challenges faced in managing such projects, and the requirements for an effective management platform. If I had More Time...
With additional time, I would have further refined the platform by conducting more in-depth testing with a broader range of stakeholders and exploring additional features like AI-driven insights for risk management.
